Bereidingswijze
Zet in 8 stappen deze heerlijke Couscous met zalm en rucola op tafel.
- Well couscous 5 minuten in 125 ml kokend water.
- Roast pine nuts.
- Peel the orange and cut out the fruit.
- Cut the rocket.
- After soaking, mix lemon juice and olive oil through the couscous.
- Stir orange, rocket, and pine nuts through the couscous.
- Cook salmon until just done.
- Season everything with salt and pepper.
